I have a carefully chosen collection of Ceremonies, Vows, Readings and Verse for your consideration and any personal touches you wish to add are especially welcomed - the possibilities are endless!

My services for a Wedding Ceremony include:

  • Initial meeting – obligation free
  • Completion and lodgement of all legal documentation
  • Spending time with you choosing and composing the ceremony
  • All further communication – by phone, email or post.
  • Presentation of 2 draft Ceremonies 4-6 weeks before your wedding date
  • Presentation of the final ceremony 2 weeks prior to the wedding date.
  • Rehearsal (if over 60km round trip - a rehearsal nearer home)
  • High Quality PA system - if required. (So everyone can hear the ceremony and especially the exchanging of vows).
  • Promptness and efficiency

  • Assistance in applying for Registered Marriage Certificate

Do you use a PA system?

Yes, if required, I use a high quality PA system, so everyone can hear the ceremony and especially the exchanging of vows.

Contact me by email on the Contact Page or by phone. We can then discuss what is required by you to "get the ball rolling", and arrange to meet - absolutely no obligation.  See below regarding the paperwork you must produce to accompany the completed Notice of Intended Marriage form.

To comply with the Marriage Act 1961:

  • You both must be aged 18 years in order to marry in Australia.
  • If only one party is 18 years, the person under 18 years must obtain parental consent on the prescribed form and a judges consent.
  • Two witnesses to the marriage are required – both must be at least 18 years of age in order to witness legal documentation.

At our first meeting please bring:

  • Completed and witnessed Notice of Intended Marriage (click on the link below). I can supply this form and it can be completed at our first meeting and witnessed by me. I must receive this no later than one month and one day, and no earlier than 18 months, before the wedding date.
  • Original Birth Certificate, or authorised extract showing date and place of birth.
  • Photo ID - as proof of identity.
  • If you are not an Australian citizen, you will need to produce your birth certificate (must be in the English language) or Passport stating date and place of birth plus evidence of your identity.
  • If previously married – a decree absolute or death certificate or certificate of nullity, whichever is applicable.
  • You are required to sign declarations stating there is no legal impediment to your marriage. I will supply these forms.
